Our Return Policy
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. Just make sure items are unworn, still have their original tags, and are in the same condition you received them.
2. Return Conditions
- Sale or promotional items aren’t eligible for returns unless they’re defective.
- If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to process the return.
3. How to Start a Return
- To get started, email us at support@lungesapparel.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For defective items, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We suggest returning the item and placing a new order to ensure fast delivery and availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, reach out to us immediately — we’ll make it right with an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping.
